A wide variety of denim washes such as whiskering, hand sanding and destruction are produced with high precision, while using no water and no chemicals.
Wet washing effects are replicated using zero discharge process and no water while effectively cleaning residual indigo deposition and controlling fabric cast.
Washed garments are partially dried using natural air in an eco-friendly system before they are put in steam dryers, which helps save significant energy.
Nano air bubbles are generated to reduce water consumption and chemical discharge, while resulting in zero waste and helping with energy savings.
