Garments are prepared by workers who are paid fair wages and washed by our in-house eco-friendly processes reducing water consumption and chemical discharge into the environment.
Our sewing production area is 82,500 sft, consisting of 5 floors. There are 29 assembly lines across six floors, producing roughly 1 million pcs of garments each month. Our average productivity is 170 pcs per hour.
Our embroidery facility has a capacity of 75,000 pcs per month. Our machineries are equipped to execute the wide variation of stitches such as Satin Stitch, Fill Stitch, Blanket Stitch, Zig Zag Stitch, Bean Stitch, Sketch Stitch.
Our washing facility is capable of producing a wide array of dry processes such as whiskering,
hand sanding, PP spray, destruction, grinding and tagging which give a denim garment its
authentic look of ruggedness.
Hand sanding is a finishing process used on denim to soften and give it a worn look on long pants, shorts and jackets.
Whiskering refers to thin fading lines formed from creases that are found on the front pocket area of denim pants.
Potassium permanganate (PP) is sprayed in selected areas of denim to fade color and brighten effect on hand-scraped area.
Laser technology replicates a variety of effects traditionally used in jeans production, such as rips and destructions.
Our state-of-the-art washing plant has a capacity for processing 1 million pcs of denim pants with a combination of basic washes as well as fashion washes including Rinse, Enzyme, Towel, Bleach, Acid, Garment Dye and Pigment Dye.
Our finishing production area is 15,050 sft, consisting of 2 floors. There are 15 finishing lines, producing roughly 1.1 million pcs of garments per month.
Our packing area is 8,700 sft, consisting of 1 floor. There are 9 packing lines, helping with the finishing of roughly 1.1 million pcs of garments per month.
