At Azim Denim, we understand the unique challenges faced by working mothers and the importance of maintaining the emotional bond between a mother and her child. Thus, we have an established and well-equipped Child Care Center, also known as the Day Care Center, which is compliant with Bangladesh Labour Law 2006, Section 94.

We take responsibility to support women’s participation in the workforce and provide a positive working environment for all mothers at our factory. The Day Care Center is designed to ease the stress and concerns of working mothers by providing a safe and nurturing environment for their children during working hours with professional nannies.

The Day Care Center is designed to provide a warm and welcoming environment where mothers can leave their children in the care of our trained staff. Our staff is dedicated to ensuring that the children receive the best care possible and are fed nutritious snacks and drinks throughout the day. Infants of age six months to one year receive Lactogen, while children between the ages of one and five receive Nido and other essential nutrients.

In addition to providing basic necessities, the Day Care Center is equipped with learning facilities to support the children's development. Our goal is to ensure that the children receive the best care and are given opportunities to learn and grow, while their mothers are at work. Providing this support helps ease the worries of working mothers and allows them to focus on their jobs with the peace of mind that their children are safe and taken care of.
