The Accord is a legally-binding agreement between brands, factories and trade unions that aims to create a secure and healthy textile and apparel sector in Bangladesh. The International Accord covers factories producing Ready-Made Garments (RMG) as well as home textiles and fabric & knit accessories.

 We implement comprehensive training programs in partnership with The Accord that cover critical safety aspects such as Fire Safety, Electrical Safety, Building Safety, and Health Safety. These trainings help ensure that our Safety Committees are equipped with the best knowledge and expertise to address and monitor workplace safety effectively.

 We have Safety Committees that play a vital role in ensuring that our factories remain safe for all our workers and employees. Our Safety Committees perform factory inspections to identify any potential safety risks, respond promptly to worker complaints regarding health and safety, actively communicate with workers about safety and health issues, and review company reports in relation to health and safety.

The Accord helps us conduct various training programs to promote the wellbeing and safety of garment workers and other employees. In partnership with The Accord, we demonstrate our commitment to providing a safe and healthy working environment for all our garment workers and employees by fostering workplace wellbeing and promoting a positive culture.
